Fast & Easy Lead Sentry Start-Up

Because of our software design and client services team, implementing your lead tracking application is a snap. In fact, the average start-up cycle is only five business days! Here’s what you can expect during our four-step Rapid Implementation process:

Step 1: Planning and Administrative Training
Your Lead Sentry account manager will schedule time to better understand your unique business processes, needs, and goals. We’ll share learnings about best practices and then provide a hands-on training session tailored to your requirements.

Step 2: Integration and Build-out
Lead Sentry will contact your various lead sources and integrate them into your new system right away. We’ll also support you with your initial configuration – including the addition of users, hierarchy, workflow definition, email customization, and other management set-up protocols.

Step 3: User Training
Once your system is perfectly tailored, we’ll schedule your web-based training session. Together, we’ll teach your users to manage their leads within the context of your specific business.

Step 4: Lead Delivery Begins
Now that your team is armed and ready to use the new system to its fullest potential, we’ll consult with your lead sources again to begin the flow of leads to your lead manager and loan originators.
